Swimming itself helps to develop body balance development, health maintenance and promotion and basic physical strength improvement. Also swimming is a very effective exercise for weight loss because it requires a lot of calories consumed by aerobic exercise

Swimming is much less weight-bearing exercise on the knee or the spine rather than walking or running. So swimming is recommended to rehabilitate adults or the elderly because they can exercise out of weight-bearing


  • Beginners Level Participants in adults swim lesson will learn about water adaptation, kicking, breathing and freestyle strokes without a kick plate and how to cope with water safety accidents.


  • Intermedium Level Participants will develop confidence in their swimming skills. They improves other aquatic skills like Survival swimming, all strokes refinement including learn Butterfly. Eventually, it helps participants to swim with easy, efficiency, power and smoothness over greater distance
